Ministry of Livestock Development is established in December 24, 2015. Earlier Ministry of Agricultural Development used to look after livestock along with agriculture and food technology.
पशुप‌क्षी विकास मन्त्रालयको स्थापना मिति २०७२ पौष ०९ गते भएको हो । यस अघि कृषि विकास मन्त्रालयले कृषि र खाद्य प्रविधिको साथ साथमा पशुप‌ंक्षीका विषयहरुमा पनि हेर्ने गरेको थियो ।

I have read many posts and conversations in roman nepali script in Facebook and other social networks. Writing in facebook, twitter, linkedin, google+, and other social media is generally informal. These communications need to be understandable to all whether it is written in english, नेपाली or roman nepali or any other informal and slang languages! However, writing in roman nepali script has some rules. Here I have presented some as well. Share of expenditure in agriculture and agriculture growth rate in Nepal The secondary data analysis provided by Ministry of Agricultural Development (MoAD), Ministry of Finance (MoF) and Central Bureau of Statistics (CBS) over 13 years (2002/03-2013/14) shows that share of expenditure in agriculture and agriculture growth rate goes in same direction. The annual growth rate of agriculture sector in FY 2007/08 (2064/65 BS) was decade highest reaching 5.8 percent while it was just 1.0 percent in its preceding year FY 2006/07. One of my study on government expenditure in agriculture (MoAD) and its contribution showed that it is significant to contribute national economy. In spite of the government's priority to this agriculture sector, budget allocation is not sufficient enough to address the ever increasing demand of farmers.
